Productive Process of Rock Wool Blanket are mainly made of 6 parts

1. After automatic weighing, slag and/or basalt raw materials are fed into the melting furnace for high-temperature smelting.

2. Molten magma is processed at high speed by a centrifuge to form rock wool fibers.

3. The rock wool fibers are pleated and compacted for shaping;

4. The fiber blanks are cured at high temperature in a curing oven and formed into finished rock wool panels or felts.

5. Precision longitudinal and transverse cutting is performed in accordance with specification requirements.

6. The finished products are sorted, stacked and then packaged in a standardized manner.
