First, high-quality natural rocks, such as basalt, are selected and melted at high temperatures to form magma. Then, through high-speed centrifugal equipment, the magma is flung into fibers. Next, appropriate amount of additives such as binder, dustproof oil and water-repellent agent are added to make the fibers bond with each other. After that, the rock wool with a certain thickness and density is formed through the processes of cotton collection, pendulum hammering and pleating. Finally, according to the need for cutting, packaging and other subsequent processes, to get the finished rock wool board.
